Positive: Mostly clean and tidy. Lovely, friendly and helpful staff. The kitchen was clean and well stocked with kitchen equipment.
Negative: Only two spare blankets available for three beds. One blankets was dirty. However, once I notified management, they immediately bought fresh blankets and left us a lovely gift basket. It was a little noisy from other residents.
Summary: Well stay again as its in convenient location.

Positive: Location is very handy. Pools were amazing. So great to have proper comfy lounges. Room was great for me to work in while my family went out and about.
Negative: Would have been great to have been able to access an extra fob on the Sunday, but we were told on the Sunday that this wasn't possible.

Positive: The location was amazing. We were able to quickly walk to so many family friendly things like Peninsula Playground and the Rock Pools. And Australia Fair. It was also only a 10 minute drive to SeaWorld. We were also a block away from some lovely little restaurants and a bottle shop. So all in all we can’t fault the location. It is amazing.
Negative: The apartment itself was very dated and had quite a few faults. Broken blinds, damage on walls, stains on the ceiling, the dishwasher leaked, the fridge light flickered and the kitchen bench had bits of laminate chipped off to name a few. There was no air conditioning upstairs in the bedrooms which wasn’t ideal, and we had to use a very stained pedestal fan. The layout of the apartment was fantastic for a family, it just needs a bit more attention to detail and a freshen up to make it feel like you’re getting value for the money spent.
Summary: If you value location over quality, this apartment would be the one for you.

Positive: The location was quite accessible for public transportation such as buses and taxis. And is somewhat near eateries and convenience stores.
Negative: By foot, slightly far from Pacific Fair and Australian Fair Shopping Center. However the bus stop is approximately opposite this apartment which is convenient to take the buses.

Positive: Charmaine and Mark were just so awesome and accommodating. Went above and beyond for me and my daughter. Any issue in regards to finding places was not an issue. Have never come across more 2 helpful people. Would highly recommend blue water bay to anyone. When when come back in a couple of years this is where will be staying! Thankyou
